We are celebrating our 20th year as a chavurah!
Please check the 'Calendar' page for the all the exciting events that are beginning in September. Also check the calendar for the most current information on cancelled services and programs that may not be reflected on this home page. All Zoom information is distributed with the weekly announcements. Alternatively, please contact president@roshpinah.com if you need the information sent to you by email.
We are now meeting in person every Shabbat either in the upstairs sanctuary or the downstairs classroom when the sanctuary is in use by Temple Beth Shalom.
COVID POLICY
No vaccinations are required for attendance to services, BUT we strongly encourage members to become vaccinated, including the latest bivalent vaccine. Masks are optional. We will designate two areas in the sanctuary, one for masks – one for no masks. When more than one person is in the Bimah, everyone must be masked because of the close proximity of one to another. Encourage safe distancing. As the weather gets warmer, we will ensure good ventilation and, when possible, have kiddush outdoors. We require members to stay home if they are sick or have been exposed to COVID. They have to test themselves before returning
Please see sidebar and check calendar for updates
Zoom information is provided in the weekly email
You can also email Boris:

A group of our own retired members get together to study Tana”kh (Bible). We focus on careful, close readings of the text, paying attention to the nuances of the narrative. We try also to understand some of the contextual and historical background as well as some of the contemporary theories about Biblical narrative. We engage in valuable dialogue and lively conversation.
